Arthur joined the firm in 2010 via Molena, Georgia, and Oxford, Mississippi. He is licensed to practice law in Virginia and West Virginia. Arthur is active in the local recreational sports league and Kiwanis Club. Arthur is in the process of restoring one of Bluefield's historic, 1920's homes.
